🍔 Official Terms and Conditions for Iliad Media Group’s Boise’s Best Burger Contest

 

By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Contest Overview

1.1. Organizer: The Boise’s Best Burger Contest is organized and administered by Iliad Media Group.

1.2. Purpose: The contest is run to recognize and celebrate outstanding burger restaurants within the Boise, Idaho metro area, including the official contest sponsors.

1.3. Contest Period: The voting period runs from December 1, 2025, to December 12, 2025. Voting will close precisely at 11:59 PM MST on December 12, 2025.

 

2. Eligibility and Voting Rules

2.1. Eligibility: Voting is open to all members of the public. No purchase is necessary to vote.

2.2. Voting Method: Votes must be submitted exclusively through the official online voting form located on the Iliad Media Group website.

2.3. Vote Restriction (The Core Rule):

  • Only ONE (1) vote is permitted per individual.

  • A single email address may be used only once to cast a vote.

2.4. Disqualification Policy (Zero Tolerance):

  • Any attempt to submit multiple votes using fraudulent or multiple email addresses, disposable email services, bots, scripts, automated methods, or by manipulating the voting platform, is strictly prohibited.

  • Any individual or entity found to have violated the single-vote rule will have all of their submitted votes immediately disqualified and permanently removed from the contest results.

  • Iliad Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to violate the spirit or letter of these terms without notification.

 

3. Sponsor and Write-In Votes

3.1. Sponsor Votes: Users may select one of the official contest sponsors listed on the form.

3.2. Write-In Votes: Users may choose the “Write-In” option to submit a vote for any other qualifying restaurant within the Boise metro area. Write-in submissions are subject to the same one-vote restriction.

 

4. Privacy and Data Usage

4.1. Data Collection: Iliad Media Group collects the email address provided in the voting form solely for the purpose of validating the uniqueness of the vote and ensuring contest integrity. 4.2. Use of Data: Email addresses and IP addresses collected will be used strictly for the administration of this contest and will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes unless the voter explicitly opts into a separate mailing list.

 

5. Right to Modify

Iliad Media Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Iliad Media Group in its sole discretion.
