- Sponsorship and Agreement: Boise’s Best BurgerContest (“Contest”) is solely sponsored by Iliad Media Group (“Station”). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and Station’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who reside in Ada County, Idaho, Canyon County, Idaho, or the Boise, Idaho Designated Market Area (DMA) as defined by Nielsen Media Research, Inc. Contestants must have a valid tax ID number and provide proof of U.S. residency upon request by producing a valid, legal United States photo ID. Employees of other radio stations are not eligible. Only one entry per person or household is permitted. Immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and any other person residing within the same household. Only three winners per office per contest. 3. Contest Classification and Restrictions:
○ The Contest is classified as a “major” contest, with individual prize values of $200 or more. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted during the Contest Period (December, 2025).
○ A winner may win one (1) major contest and one (1) minor contest (prize value $199 or less) in a 30-day period but cannot win more than one (1) minor prize within 30 days of each other.
○ Only one winner per household per year is permitted for prizes valued at $600 or more.
- Prizes: 1 Boise’s Burger card good for 2 cheeseburgers and fries at 8 participating restaurants.

○ All federal, state, local, and other taxes, duties, or fees associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.
- How to Enter:
○ Enter by completing the form at boisesbestburger.com between 12/3/25 and 12/8/25 at 12:00pm
- Winner Selection:
○ One winner will be selected at random on 12/12/25 at 12:01 am. 8. Winner Confirmation: Contestants will not be considered “winners” until all required information (e.g., proof of age, identity, residency) has been received. Station reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a contestant fails to provide required information within the specified time.
- Notarization: Certain companies participating in the Contest may require notarization of documents. Any fees associated with notarization are the responsibility of the winner.
- Disqualification: Station reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules. If the Station determines that any entry contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information, such entry will be disqualified. The station may require proof of identity upon request.
- Publicity: Participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent to Station’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Indemnification, and Release allowing such use and releasing Station from liability, within 10 days of receipt or risk disqualification.
- Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the skill of contestants as judged by the criteria. 13. General Conditions: Station reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Station’s control impair its integrity, as determined by Station. Any attempt to undermine the Contest’s operation may violate criminal and civil law, and Station may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Station’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver.
- Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, errors, or equipment; (2) technical failures, including malfunctions or disconnections in phone lines or hardware/software; (3) unauthorized intervention in the entry process or Contest; (4) errors in Contest administration or entry processing; or (5) any injury or damage to
persons or property from participation or prize use. If an entrant’s entry is erroneously deleted, lost, or corrupted, their sole remedy is another entry, if feasible. If the Contest cannot continue due to discontinuance, Station may hold a judging from eligible entries received up to that point. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
- Prize Forfeiture: If a prize winner fails to fulfill obligations to receive the prize (e.g., signing required documents), the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from eligible finalists based on judging criteria.
- Contest Materials: All entry forms, wristbands, and materials gathered during the Contest become the sole property of Station to be used, disposed of, or destroyed at its discretion.
- Rules Modifications: Station reserves the right to modify these rules and dates at any time. Material modifications will be announced on-air or at the Knitting Factory event when practical. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, any modifications, and Station management’s decisions.
- Winner List: A winners list may be obtained within 30 days after the Contest Period by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Iliad Media Group, Boise’s Best Burger Contest Rules, 5660 E Franklin Rd Suite 200, Nampa, ID 83687, within six months after the Contest concludes.
